Long term candidates must have completed a minimum of 1 year term on the field in Cambodia with MTW to confirm their long-term call.

11 months - 2 years

Ministry opportunities that vary in length from 11 months to 2 years are a great way to invest in hands-on ministry that makes a difference while also getting a taste of life on the field. Short term missions provides an opportunity to confirm calling for long term missions as well as to assess fit within a culture and team context.

1-2+ Months

Cross-Cultural Ministry: This internship provides opportunities for future missionaries, pastors and church leaders to experience cross-cultural ministry working alongside MTW missionaries and Khmer Christians. We pray that God would use it to clarify call, grow in appreciation for the global church and equip for future ministry all onto His glory.

Discipleship and Youth: We believe that discipleship is a vital ministry for raising up the future of the Khmer church. Cambodia is a young country with 50% of the population under the age of 30. The church is also young with 80% of worshipping communities planted within the past 20 years. The opportunities are many and the need is great. This internship provides opportunities to build relationships with young believers and to help them grow in embracing the gospel in every part of their lives.
